In order to practically organize activities to celebrate the 91st anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union March 26, 1931 – March 26, 2022, and to welcome the Congress of the Youth Union at all levels, towards the Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. On the morning of March 17, 2022, Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union cooperated with SCG Vietnam Co., Ltd. to organize the awarding of “Handwashing basin – The project to welcome the youth month 2022” worth 14.7 million VND to the College.
