Hai Duong deploys software to manage people’s movement in and out of epidemic areas

From August 14, Hai Duong Provincial Police applied mobile management software for people entering and leaving epidemic areas at 28 provincial-level Covid-19 control points.

The implementation of this software will save time for people and forces on duty to prevent epidemics, prevent congestion at checkpoints, and facilitate functional forces in people management. epidemic areas, management of movement of people entering and exiting epidemic areas and management of vaccination against Covid-19 vaccine.

Citizens’ data declared on the movement management system of people entering and leaving epidemic areas is the basis for the police force to clean up national data on population.

The provincial police have directed the district-level police to proactively equip fully computers with internet connection to ensure good service for the exploitation of software to control people entering and leaving epidemic areas at quarantine checkpoints in the area under their management. .

To implement this software, for people going in and out of epidemic areas, they need to follow these steps:

1. For people who use smartphones, before entering and exiting the epidemic area, people must declare mobile information at the website http://suckhoe.dancuquocgia.gov.vn The site will generate 1 QR code per person on a personal smartphone. This QR code is valid for 72 hours. After 72 hours, citizens need to access the above website again to declare information.

2. When going through the provincial Covid-19 epidemic control point, people present their identity documents (Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) or People’s Identity Card (ID)) and the QR code that has been issued on their smartphones to the public. Police officers are on duty at the checkpoint without having to declare information on the medical declaration form at the checkpoint as before. Police officers on duty at the checkpoint will check this QR code at the address http://kiemdich.dancuquocgia.gov.vn and compare and confirm information with CCCD/ID of people on the system.

3. For people who do not use smartphones, when going to the provincial epidemic control checkpoint, they must declare information on the medical declaration form at the checkpoint. Police officers at the checkpoint will compare and check the information declared with the people’s CCCD/ID card. Every day, police officers on duty at the checkpoints will enter people’s medical declaration forms into the software system.

Through the software, people’s mobile information will be collected daily by the Police Department for administrative management of social order (Ministry of Public Security) and transferred to the Police Department for administrative management of social order. association (local police). The Police Department for administrative management of social order will filter the list by district-level area and send it to the district-level police station. The district-level police gather and transfer the list to the Commune Police to review and update the national population database system.

On that basis, the commune-level police station where the citizen currently resides shall check and exploit information in the national database on population to confirm resident information; daily report the number of citizens coming to the area to the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control at the commune (or district level) to grasp information and promptly direct the management and prevention of the epidemic.
