On April 6, 2021, the Department of Education and Training issued Notice No. 339/TB-SGDĐT about the schedule of the 10th grade entrance exam for high school in 2021-2022.
Accordingly, the 10th grade high school entrance exam for the school year 2021-2022 will take place from June 5-8, 2021. The afternoon of June 5 is the time for candidates to complete the exam procedures. On the morning of June 6, candidates took the Literature exam with a duration of 120 minutes (autobiographical form), and the same day a math test with a duration of 120 minutes (autobiographical form). The English test took place on the morning of June 7 with a duration of 60 minutes (multiple choice). In which, Literature and Mathematics subjects will have a coefficient of 2, and a foreign language subject will have a coefficient of 1. The admission score is the sum of the scores of all three tests calculated by the coefficient (no test has a score of 1. ,0 or less) and priority score (if any).
For candidates taking the high school exam for the gifted, the exam will take place on the afternoon of June 7 in the subjects of Literature, Mathematics, and Biology. On the morning of June 8, candidates took the exam in Physics, Chemistry, History, Geography, and English.
It is expected that the Department of Education and Training will announce the test scores on June 17 and announce the matriculation results on June 26.
