Continuing the success of the National Vocational Skills (KNN) exams since its implementation in 2001 until now; Pursuant to Labor Code No. 45/2019/QH14, dated November 20, 2019; in order to drastically implement the Prime Minister’s direction in Directive No. 24/CT-TTg dated May 28, 2020 on promoting the development of skilled human resources, contributing to improving labor productivity and capacity. national competition in the new situation and respond to Vietnam’s Labor Skills Day on October 4 every year according to Decision No. 1486/QD-TTg dated October 1, 2020 on Vietnam Labor Skills Day; at the same time, in order to meet the increasing demand of workers to participate in the national skills exam, promote the movement of workers to practice skills and select excellent candidates to participate in the 46th world exam. Released in 2022, with the consent of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the General Department of Vocational Education and Training (VET) announces the contents related to the plan to organize the 12th national occupational skills exam. 2021, as follows:

• Targets: Are workers, learners, aged from 15 to 60 years old (depending on the nature of each profession) ) are studying and working at educational institutions, vocational education, higher education institutions, corporations, enterprises that are sent to attend by ministries, branches, DOLISAs, corporations, enterprises and associations. regulations and guidelines of the General Department of Vocational Education and Training, the Organizing Committee of the Vietnam Language Skills Competition.
• Registration deadline:
   – In order to be timely for the preparation work, it is recommended that the Delegations make preliminary registration for the 12th National KNN competition according to the form in Appendix IV attached to this official letter. before April 30, 2021.
  – Official deadline for registration of a specific list of candidates and other participants for the exam before 31/7/2021.
