That’s the content of the implementation plan of Vietnam’s National Qualifications Framework for vocational education levels in the 2021-2025 period approved by the Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam signed for promulgation at Decision 1232/QD-TTg dated 15/7/2021.

The requirement of the Plan is to define specific contents and tasks so that ministries, ministerial-level agencies, Governmental agencies, People’s Committees of provinces, centrally-run cities (ministries, branches and localities) focus on directing and organizing the implementation of the Vietnam National Qualifications Framework for vocational education qualifications in a synchronous and effective manner, ensuring in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Vocational Education, the Law on Education and other legal regulations.

From the fourth quarter of 2021 to the fourth quarter of 2025: Implement contents and activities in the reference process of the Vietnamese National Qualifications Framework South (for vocational education qualifications) with the ASEAN Qualifications Framework and other national qualifications frameworks, in which, mutual recognition of qualifications and skills between Vietnam and other countries is implemented. countries in the world, especially countries in the ASEAN region.
